Shipping Policy
How orders are shipped, how long they take, and how costs and customs are handled on Pakecom. Individual suppliers may publish their own lead times, regions and incoterms on each product.
Shipping methods
Buyers choose at checkout between Standard freight (7–14 days), Express air (3–5 days) and Sea freight for bulk shipments (20–35 days). Availability and rates depend on the supplier, destination and order volume.
Processing & lead time
Suppliers process confirmed orders within their stated handling time. Manufactured or made-to-order goods show a production lead time on the product page and in accepted quotes; total delivery time = handling + production + transit.
Incoterms
B2B shipments are quoted under standard incoterms (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP). The applicable incoterm is shown on the product or quote and determines who bears freight, insurance and customs responsibilities.
Tracking
Once an order ships, the carrier and tracking number are attached to the order and visible on your order page, with status updates from dispatch to delivery.
Customs & duties
For cross-border orders not shipped DDP, import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are assessed by the destination country. Suppliers provide the commercial documents required for clearance.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, open a refund request or dispute from your order page. Buyer Protection covers items not received or not as described.
