Supplier Code of Conduct
All suppliers on Pakecom agree to uphold this Code of Conduct. It protects buyers and keeps the marketplace trustworthy. Violations may lead to enforcement action.
Accurate information
Provide truthful company, product, pricing and shipping information. Do not misrepresent your business, certifications, or the goods you sell.
Legitimate products only
Sell only legitimate goods you are authorised to sell. Never list prohibited or restricted items without the required licenses (see the Prohibited & Restricted Products policy).
Respect intellectual property
Do not sell counterfeit goods or infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
Honour accepted orders
Fulfil orders you accept in line with the agreed price, quantity, quality and timeline, and provide accurate shipping and tracking information.
Communicate professionally
Respond to buyers and RFQs promptly and professionally, and handle disputes in good faith.
No manipulation or fraud
Do not manipulate ratings or reviews, commit fraud, or attempt to circumvent marketplace rules, fees, or protections.
Follow applicable laws
Comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your business and to the goods you sell in each destination market.
Enforcement
Violations may result, at Pakecom’ discretion, in escalating action: a warning → product removal → temporary suspension → permanent suspension of the supplier account. Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination.
