1. Return ki Muddat (Duration)
Aap apna product delivery ke 7 din ke andar exchange ya return kar sakte hain. 7 din guzarne ke baad hum return request qubool nahi kar sakenge.
2. Wapsi ki Shariat (Conditions)
Product wapis karne ke liye niche di gayi baton ka hona zaroori hai:
- Product unused (istemaal shuda na ho) aur original condition mein ho.
- Product ki original packaging aur tag saath hona chahiye.
- Skincare products agar seal-open (khulay hue) honge toh safety aur hygiene ki wajah se wapis nahi liye jayenge (jab tak ke wo damaged na hon).
3. Damaged ya Galat Product
Agar aapko koi kharab (damaged) ya galat product mila hai, toh foran humse rabta karein. Hum bina kisi extra charge ke aapko naya product bhejenge.
4. Refund Process (Paise ki Wapsi)
- Jab humein aapka wapis bheja gaya product mil jayega aur check ho jayega, toh hum aapko inform karenge.
- Refund aapke diye gaye Bank Account, JazzCash, ya EasyPaisa mein 3 se 5 working days ke andar bhej diya jayega.
- Note: Delivery charges wapis nahi honge, sirf product ki price refund hogi.
